White Chimneys appeared to live up to its reputation as being a very haunted location. That night the team investigated spirit voices that were recorded on our S-Box Ghost Box, Voice recorders, and two thermal camera images were captured. It appears that White Chimneys has an intelligent haunting behind it. The spirits here are very welcoming and do not pose any dangerous threat to the client, her father, and her children. Over the past few years, there has been a lingering smell of tobacco throughout the house, but it appears and reappears at random. Phantom Detectives LLC would like to thank our client, who is a friend of our founder’s sister.

In conclusion it appears that Ashton’s home is very active in the basement, the master bedroom, and in the child’s room. From the team’s perspective there appears to be an intelligent haunting that is direclty interacting with the homeowners. The spirit of a little boy in the child’s room, the older woman spotted in the master bedroom, and the older gentleman in the basement who is a bit on the stern side all have been seen/heard by the team. From the SLS camera photos, to various knocks/bangs, and various pieces of equipment going of this home appears to be haunted. Phantom Detectives LLC doesn’t feel that a cleansing is needed at this time, but the team will continue to monitor the situation if the activity escalates.

On their 9th investigation Phantom Detectives LLC captured an EVP, a thermal image, and got numerous responses on their new lighted dowsing rods. It appears that the young mother who took her life in the 1800’s still resides at the bridge. In addition, the spirits of horse thieves who were once hanged there reside there as well.There appears to be an intelligent haunting at this location, and the team will continue to keep close tabs on it. Some of the investigation techniques the team learned on this investigation will be implemented into their 10th investigation at Bubs Brewery on May 27, 2022.

The Bube’s Brewery investigation captured the most evidence yet on the camera end. From that investigation, the team captured four thermal camera images, several SLS Camera images captured, to the S-Box malfunctioning in The Catacombs, many EMF spikes on the K2/Trifield EMF meters, to the tripwire EMF changing multiple colors, to the lighted dowsing rods responding to questions from Mr. Warner. It appears the Brewery is still active every day. Phantom Detectives LLC classifies Bube’s Brewery as an intelligent haunting where the spirits there want their story to be told. The team will continue to monitor the paranormal activity at the Brewery and maintain contact with their colleagues from Jott-Nyx Paranormal. JH’s farm is very active in the barn, outside, inside the house itself. The paranormal activity here is nonstop. In addition, there appears to be many layers of history here. These are from spirits that once lived in the late 1800’s, 1970’s, and 1980’s. After the team conducted the investigation, various SLS captures in the barn, to the Greysen Box 2.0 going off, to the EMF spikes in the living room, to the shadow detector going off, and much more. There appears to be an intelligent haunting here along with having many decades of history behind it. The spirits here appear very at peace with themselves, and really want to continue to let the homeowner know of their presence. For now, the team will continue to check in with JH and will come back for a 2nd investigation if the paranormal activity in the home escalates. Phantom Detectives LLC will be conducting their 12th investigation on September 24, 2022, at the Poplar Hill Mansion in Salisbury, MD for Worlds Largest Ghost Hunt.

Poplar Hill Mansion appears to be a very active place on all 4 floors of the mansion. The entire town of Salisbury, MD was built around this home. The nursery room upstairs where the servant burnt her dress appears to be the most active room in the house. From the numerous EVPS, to the Para Lantern going off, to the thermal images captured, there appears to be an intelligent haunting. There appears to be nothing negative residing within the walls of Poplar Hill Mansion. Most of the spirits here are very welcoming and want their stories to be told. Phantom Detectives LLC will continue to coordinate with SM over email to see if any activity has increased.

The Lightship Overfalls is known to be a floating lighthouse on the water. In the past it was used by the US Coast Guard at various points of its existence. It appears to be very active to this day. Various people that tour the ship often see figures still walking the Lightship at Night, hearing voices, and more. Phantom Detectives LLC was able to determine the most active parts of the ship including the Crew Quarters, the Captain’s Cabin, and the Utility area. Unfortunately, due to rain the team was unable to investigate outside of the ship. The team captured several SLS Images, a thermal image, several EVPS, and we will continue to monitor the activity. One of those EVPS captured said “Hello Help Me.” If the activity escalates MS can call the team back to do another investigation at any time. Phantom Detectives LLC would like to thank MS and his staff for the opportunity they were given. After the investigation, the team was featured in the Cape Gazette, and WRDE Coast AM.

DH’s home was the most extreme case of paranormal activity ever established in the team’s history. It required each member of the team to bless themselves, burn sage, and say the lord’s prayer. During this investigation many EVPS were captured, several thermal images were caught, SLS camera images were caught, to various pieces of equipment going off it appears whatever was in the house was very demonic in nature. From what the team was able to conclude spirits appeared to have been brought from another dimension and were conjured up from somewhere. After the investigation both Psychic Medium/Case Manager Melissa Ferrazzano and Lead Investigator/Tech Manager Rick Warner were able to remove any negative presences that were harming this family. They poured holy water and burned sage in every room that they could. So far, the homeowners report that whatever was haunting them is no longer present in the house. The team will continue to exchange correspondence with DH to see if they are needed to return to cleanse the home again.

The team started 2023 with their first residential case of the new year. Many things were going on in SS’s home prior to the investigation. During the investigation, the team seemed to have captured a lot of paranormal activity in various parts of the house where the client suggested setting up their equipment. From 7:00-11:00 PM various rempods were set off in various rooms, to voices captured on the NVR/voice recorders, their new thermal photos e to motion sensor balls going off in a bedroom upstairs the home appears to be very haunted. Phantom Detectives LLC classifies this home as an intelligent haunting. This was due to the activity escalating in all parts of the house. Several of SS’s grandchildren have also seen and heard things within the house. For now, the team will continue to monitor the activity in the coming months ahead and maintain contact with SS.

In conclusion the Governor Ross Mansion is one of the most haunted locations in Southern Delaware for a reason. From the mansion itself, to the slaves’ quarters, to the grainer, there are many levels of history here. Phantom Detectives LLC classifies both the interior and exteriors portions of the property an intelligent haunting. Since those who have passed here directly interact with the living. For now, the team will continue to check in with the Seaford Historical Society to see if the activity has changed and will be doing a presentation for the board in October. The footage from that investigation will be airing on TV Delmarva later this year.
