The team seemed to capture quite a bit of evidence during their first solo investigation Sanderson Museum. Many SLS Camera photos taken were the best pieces of evidence that the team captured during the investigation. The EVP’s captured will be posted on our EVP section on the team’s website. In addition many words from the Ovilus 5 seemed to capture quite a few words that dealt with past events at Sanderson Museum. Currently the DVR System seemed to capture a ton of evidence that we will need to go through further. Sanderson Museum seems to be continually active in the violin room, and in the room where Christian Sanderson’s mother died in 1947. In our opinion it seems that Sanderson Museum has an intelligent haunting behind it. Overall the team got direct responses on their voice recorders, hits on the SLS camera, responses on the SB11, and our team has learned a lot from their first investigation ever.

In their 2nd investigation ever as the Phantom Detectives the team seemed to do very well. The Mill of Anselma seems to be continually active on all three levels of it. The Phantom Detectives caught audio on their voice recorders, images on our thermal camera, images from their Zosi DVR camera, video on the DVR system, and got direct hits on their SLS camera. . Next time the team is hoping to go back with team medium Mark Anthony the Psychic Lawyer to document what he can pick up at the Mill. Chaires and Zahorcak plan on asking Mr. Anthony to use his skills in psychometry to tell the story of the Mill without knowing none of its history. Chaires will sit at the DVR station and check the Mill’s history with Mr. Anthony’s impressions. It will be interesting to see what the team’s medium will pick up during the next investigation there later this year. In addition, Chaires is hoping to see if Mr. Anthony can pick anything up through automatic writing. Perhaps there will be more spirits there that would like to communicate with the team during the next investigation

Results: Based upon the two thermal images captured, the two electronic voice phenomena captured, the SLS camera images captured, and the motion censored devices going off on their own the team believes that it has captured legit paranormal activity at the Betsy Ross House. Hopefully, the team’s investigation will here help Historic Philadelphia know what they are dealing with in terms of knowing how to deal with these spirits. In addition, the team will be glad to come back for another investigation in the future. Future teams that investigate here, may want to check out the team’s website on how to properly structure their investigation. It is extremely dangerous to go into the basement alone. The Phantom Detectives recommens that Historic Philadelphia get the basement area cleansed as soon as possible. This can be done by sage, and by a priest if they are available to come to the house. Every team member will be here to assist future teams that may investigate the house if needed.

From the moment the team stepped into Selma Mansion the activity here was starting the moment they arrived. From the SLS camera photos, ghost box voices, 4k camera captures,
thermal evidence, and DVR imagery captured it seems that the Selma Mansion is a continually active location. From the third floor to the basement, it appears to be loaded with many spirits from many different time periods. The team believes it has captured strong circumstantial evidence that Selma Mansion has a lot of intelligent residual energy within it. Psychic Medium Melissa Ferrazzano’s readings about the connection between General Andrew Porter and Mary Todd Lincoln were spot on. In the future, Phantom Detectives LLC hopes to come back for another investigation when the time is right.

From the EVP captured saying “Right Here, to the image on the team’s thermal camera, to the pictures caught by John on his security cameras his apartment appears to be very active. The most alarming thing is that the two female spirits, and the 19-year-old man spirit appear to have drained the life out of all four team members. All four members reported feeling tired after the investigation, and several needed holy water to purify themselves after the investigation. It is recommended to Mr. Carty that he uses sage to cleanse the place, or holy water to remove anything evil that might be at his apartment. The apartment seems to be most active in John’s bedroom, and his living room. Phantom Detectives LLC will be available to come cleanse the place anytime he needs it if needed. Until then team will continue to monitor John’s apartment and will be on call if he needs it.
