On April 11, 2026, Phantom Detectives LLC conducted a private paranormal investigation of the Chadd’s Ford Winery exterior, The Vintner House, and other locations at the Winery.

Before the investigation, Psychic Medium/Case Manager, Melissa Ferrazzano, was picking up on an older man that one of the staff met years ago as a little boy, as well as a child spirit who lived at the Vintner house. She was also picking up on a spirit of a man inside the winery that was very protective of the place.

Before the team investigated the Vintner House they did a mini investigation outside. Lead Investigator/Tech Manager/Director of Client Relations Rick Warner picked up a lot of spirit activity on Dowsing Rods including where some potential soldiers from American Revolution were buried.

The investigation team was also running a spirit box with a AM/FM sweep and picked up a spirit voice that said “I Love It, I Love It” (you can hear the audio below).

When the team moved the investigation to the interior of the Vitner House a lot of things happened. There were unexplained cold spots in various rooms inside the home, captures of stick figures captured on the Digital Dowsing SLS camera, activity on the Pendulums/Dowsing Rods, as well as another spirit voice that said “No”.

As the night progressed the team also picked up several thermal images of a spirit that resembled a woman in the Vintner House.
