On April 26, 2025, Phantom Detectives LLC’s Investigation returned to the Mill at Anselma for their 26th investigation.

Before the investigation Psychic Medium Melissa Ferrazzano was picking up on a famous poet, a businessman who was very prominent inside the Mill, and the spirit of Oliver Collins who was watching over the Mill.

As the investigation progressed the team picked up activity on the pendulums/dowsing rods, captured a thermal image of a female spirit in a dress, picked up activity on the Digital Dowsing the SLS Camera, and more.

One of the most fascinating captures was when Melissa spelled out the words Corn and Sarah on the spirit dice. During the Chaires-Warner spirit box session the Spirit that was communicating with Melissa was saying they caused the Spirit Candle to flicker, the businessperson was Sarah’s father, and there were around 15 spirits haunting the Mill.

The team’s 8+1 emf meter was also spiking nonstop.
