Sunny Brae Mansion lived up to its billing as one of the most haunted locations in Milford, DE. The team captured numerous electronic voice phenomena recordings, lots or orbs on some videos, a Paralight Plus going off on the stairs, a thermal camera image of an apparition, and more. Psychic Medium Melissa Ferrazzano was picking up on several spirits in the basement including the wife of Edward Monk Davis. She also picked up on the spirit of a servant/maid in the basement area with an apron. In various parts of the Mansion Ferrazzano was picking up on the spirit of a little girl. In the barbershop Rick and Joshua picked up heat signatures of various wine bottles when they were in the room by themselves.
